You always get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
Returns
30 days to change your mind. We pay for the return label.
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. That's longer than the statutory 14 days.

Receive your label
We'll send you a free return label, even if you live outside Belgium or the Netherlands.
Pack and send
Pack the warmer with all its parts, preferably in the original box.
Money back
Within 14 days of receiving your return, your money is back in your account.
Warranty
2-year warranty. Honest about what is and isn't covered.
Covered by the warranty
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Up to 2 years after purchase, with normal use
Not covered by the warranty
- Moisture damage, for example from rinsing under the tap or an open charging flap
- Damage from a fall

Make your warmer last for years
Wipe it with a damp cloth, never under the tap. Always close the charging flap completely. Keep it in its bag somewhere it can't fall.
