Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed and shipped from the Netherlands. We do our very best to send your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders placed on working days before 23:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 23:00 or at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Netherlands & Belgium
Orders placed before 23:00 are, in most cases, delivered the next day.

Rest of Europe
Deliveries to other European countries take on average around 3 working days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are indicative and may vary due to busy periods at carriers, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs

Any shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with (where available) a tracking code, so you can follow your order all the way to delivery.

Delays

Although we do our best to deliver all orders on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors. If your order is exceptionally delayed, please do get in touch with us.
